Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data HDG Community collects, why, and your rights over it. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the membership.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is ASMY For Engineering Services & Consultant (commercial registry no. 42785), registered in the Arab Republic of Egypt, registered address Diarb Negm City, Sharkia Governorate, Egypt (Postal Code 44788), operating HDG Community at hdgcommunity.com. 2. What we collect

3. How we use your data
- Provide, secure, and operate your membership and the tools.
- Authenticate logins and manage your subscription.
- Provide customer support and respond to enquiries.
- Comply with legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Legal bases (where GDPR applies)
We process your data to perform our contract with you (providing the membership), on the basis of our legitimate interests (securing and improving the Service), to comply with legal obligations, and — where required — with your consent.
5. Who we share it with
We share the minimum necessary with trusted service providers who process data on our behalf:
- Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd) — our reseller and Merchant of Record, who processes payments, billing, tax and invoicing. See Paddle's Privacy Policy.
- Hostinger — our hosting provider, on whose servers the site and member database run.
- Telegram — when you submit a membership request, your name, email and company are sent to the administrator as a private notification to review and approve the account.
We may also disclose data where required by law.
6. International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries outside your own. Where required, such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) operated by those providers.
7. How long we keep it
We keep account data for as long as you have an account and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, tax, and security obligations. You can ask us to delete your account at any time (subject to records we must retain by law).
8. Security
We protect your data with measures including HTTPS encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and restricted administrative access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email info@hdgcommunity.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
10. Children
The Service is intended for professional use and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. Changes
We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date above shows the latest version. Significant changes will be communicated where appropriate.
